This week’s strategy is about going to bed earlier.
I’ve talked about sleep before but it’s so worth repeating it. Very often, it’s not that we have problems sleeping … it’s that we stay in front the t.v, computer, on our phone texting & playing cards too late. We fool ourselves thinking that we’re gonna watch just 1 episode or just surf FB for 15 minutes … what happens? 2 hours later you realize it’s already tomorrow … Seriously, just close everything and lights out.
Make the short night an exception and not the rule. And if you’re gonna stay up late make it count, have fun, enjoy your life, not watching what other people are doing.
