This week’s strategy is about helping you manage stress better just by going to bed earlier.
We’re used to hearing that stress is causing our lack of sleep but were you aware that the lack of sleep is leading to stress? You will not react the same on a 5 hour night sleep compared to a full 8 hour night. Your perception of any event will be different on a few hours of sleep. . Do yourself & everyone around you a favour, by closing the television, the computer, the phone a bit earlier. This is in YOUR control – unplug and go to bed!
