This week’s strategy is about helping you manage stress better by simply eaving earlier.

I know you’re probably saying: “I can’t leave earlier because I have too many things to do!”. You’re over booked, over committed! It’s one of the reasons you’re late to your calls, appointments, soccer games, etc. Try leaving 15 minutes earlier next time or leave 15 minutes in between calls.

Let me know how different that feels!

If you arrive way too early, I’m not worried you’ll find something to do or in my case, I like to inhale, hold & exhale.
