This week’s strategy can be summarized in ONE word : CONSISTENCY!

If you want to improve your health or achieve optimal health there are many strategies to get you there but you’ll need to be consistent to achieve your goal.  Start with ONE thing, just one and repeat it regularly until it becomes second nature.  Some weeks you’ll be able to do what you wanted and others you won’t.  Aim for progression not perfection.  Don’t give up & keep improving.
