This week’s strategy is where to look for inspiration for your next meal when you’re running out of it.
The answer is simple : nature! Visit a farmers market and see what nature gives you. I mean look at what’s growing in your area. When you eat locally, you eat what’s in season and it’s not only important for the environment but it’s a great way to have the most amount of nutrients, freshness & flavors as well. Have you ever eaten fresh berries in the middle of winter? They don’t exactly taste the same as they do in July, do they?
Go ahead and visit your farmers market and you might get inspired by more than just the food! So I’m looking out for asparagus, rhubarb and kale for the next couple of weeks!
