If you liked last week’s session then you’re gonna love this one! This week’s strategy is about another easy, healthy snack and this one requires no equipment whatsoever.
I’ll show you how to be prepared for that snack attack, low energy slump in the afternoon. This snack can easily serve as a post-workout pick me up and it all starts with “The Date”.
First, make sure they’re sulfite-free.
So, besides looking wrinkly and let’s face it … kinda weird … they’re:
-and they’re also are a great source of fibre & potassium.
All you need is to do is pit them, add a little fat & protein like a couple of nuts or seeds, of your choice. You can get creative: pecans, cashews, pistachios, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, your choice. And there you have it, a complete fulfilling snack!
Prepare a jar full and you’ll be ready for whatever adventure comes your way.
