This is 1 in 60: Your Weekly Holistic Health Strategy in 60 seconds or less.
This week’s strategy is about a healthy, super easy treat that doesn’t require any special equipment other than a fork and a bowl (a whisk is better but a fork will do the job.)
I’ll show you how easy it is to make this vanilla chia pudding.
So here’s how:
-1 can of full fat coconut milk
-1/4 cup chia seeds
-1 tablespoon vanilla
-1 tablespoon real maple syrup – optional
Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate for a few hours and there’s your vanilla pudding. Your base is done.
Now, this is delicious on its own but the options are really endless, add fresh fruit, frozen fruits, fruits that are in season, raw cacao & bananas, pears … Your imagination is the limit.
It can be a snack, part of a breakfast, a desert! It keeps for about 5-6 days in the fridge … but it won’t last!
