This week’s strategy is about finding tools that work for YOU when starting a new habit.

I wanted to follow up on the meditation strategy, Session 39,  because I know how POWERFUL it can be and how challenging it can get when starting any new thing so if you’re interested in pursuing meditation, here are a couple of ideas to keep you going:

-you can easily find a short video on YouTube

-you can get a free App on your phone that guides you

or in my case, I use the Spoonk mat. I bought the Spoonk for different reasons but I use it for meditation because it simply helps me quiet my mind.  This mat has over 6000  stimulation points.

It has many benefits like:

-increasing circulation & flow of energy

-it can even improve your sleep

-it helps release tension and pain

It’s all about finding a way to get started but it has to be compelling to YOU to stay on course.
